About us.. . . .
  Zoolittle Farm   contact by e-mail :    tammy@zoolittlefarm.com

We raise fiber animals of most kinds on our farm. Alpacas , Llamas, Sheep and Goats.   If you are from the "Old Country" you may say fibre.  Zoolittle has worked hard on selecting the best of the best. Our intent is to produce the most desirable fiber with color, texture, and length on the healthiest animals for breeding stock. The farm has grown in livestock number yet the animals don't know it.  Each has their own name and are treated as a pets. (because they are pets) Our intent is not to grow any bigger, but to replace and improve on the animals we have.  Often we sell  to other qualified homes and farms great offspring's and breeding stock other folk would keep to maintain a desired lower head count.
Zoolittle produces fiber and lots of it. We also sell it in every stage and every purpose. .The best bargin is to buy  whole fleece straight from the animal. We will skirt it, bag it, and send it to you shortly after shearing.  The more work that goes into the product the higher the price.  Example: a sheep and angora goat fleece in the raw runs around $30- 45 .  A llama or alpaca fleece is higher, 60 to a 100 dollars. You must be quick and pre-order to get them cause we send our fleeces to the mill right away to get processed into roving.  If you buy roving the processing fee is added.  If you want home spun yarn then spinning price is added. However,  roving is sold by the ounce and yarn is sold by the yard.  In some cases it is sold by the skein.
