Woodturning is also done here on the farm. A few years ago Tammy got husband, Shawn,  a lathe for Christmas and he has amazed everyone with talent and art pieces ever since.  He produces bowls, vaces, platters, and anything else that can be turned on a lathe. Many are for functional use and some are just art pieces. He and friends hold turning work shops or just get together and turn. Nothing like having fun and being creative all in one afternoon.
